We understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise, and we strive to be flexible. However, we ask that you adhere to our cancellation policy. Appointments may be cancelled or rescheduled up to 12 hours before your scheduled appointment time without penalty.
For late cancellations or no-show appointments, a fee of $20 will be charged and payable to our esthetician. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation.
